Went here with two friends for a late dinner with drinks. Service was superb. This is an European pub style restaurant and bar.... You will find some gems on the menu. I tried the salmon tartine, pork belly, chicken pot pie, and sticky toffee pudding.Everything was excellent. Prices are on the high side but sometimes you get what you pay for. Read more

For myself, I find it to be the best restaurant in Asheville. You don't want to miss a bite. Sop up all the gravy with bread,... it's that good. Had the lamb and cote' de boeuf. Perfect. Also, they have seasonal dishes. I saw different items the last timewe ate here. Try the gimlet. They sprinkle dill on top. So smooth. Read more

We accidentally stumbled on this place and it was a complete surprise. 30 minutes before closing and we were treated with the... utmost care and precision. Matt gave us impeccable service and the food was mind blowing. We had a variety of small plates. Thefoie gras was outstanding, I highly recommend the pork belly and we had the lamb shoulder pie. We discovered that escargot arehigh in protein and these were by far the best I have ever had in my life! Then we topped it off with the MUST have stickytoffee pudding! Thank you so much for such a memorable meal! Read more

Absolutely fabulous meal and all round experience. The food was cooked perfectly and we had a wonderful meal. That was the best... Filet Mignon I've ever eaten in my life. The "frites" a.k.a. "French fries" didn't belong on the same plate with that steak.Otherwise, the meal was near perfection. Read more

5 stars and if I could give it more I would! Amazing meal and even better service by Brenda! A friend and I tried two different... red wines, filet mignon, cabbage, squash, and escargot. The filet and squash were amazing! I tried escargot for the first timeand it was delicious. We may even return tomorrow night. Pricey but worth every penny! Read more

Hard hard pass. Absolutely not worth the price. We had the onion soup and it was the thickest grossest mess of butter I’ve... ever tasted. Didn’t even finish it. The oysters for $32- not good. Everything is soaked in butter- if that’s your thing, cool, but that’s an easy way to hide a subpar menu and mediocre produce. Don’t waste your money here. We watched a tableaside of us also really dislike their meal. Read more

Oysters were great, filet mignon was excellent, the only downside was the frites, (which are just fries). To serve this steak... with fries is a downplay. Cocktails were all top notch. Lamb chop had a huge bone in the middle, and was hard to navigatearound. Menu is rotating, so everything may not even be available. Staff was attentive, and ready for a drink or water refilk Read more

Best filet mignon I've ever had! The atmosphere is very cozy, the staff are excellent and attentive. The creamed spinach and... carrots were to die for! I highly recommend the Steel Magnolia drink, it was so good. It was my first time here so I was alittle tricky to find but overall excellent food! I did make reservations online which saved so much time upon arrival. Read more
