Worst customer service. My Coke was flat, so I explained to the lady I thought the carbonation was out....she stated "no it is... not". Funny thing two other people told her the same thing. All she had to say is I am sorry I will check on that. Instead shelost customers from returning. This reflects on training on customer service and management. Read more
This Wendy's is close to where I work. High percentage of getting it right. My tea tasted old on my last visit. ( I drink... unsweet so...) The fries on my last visit were so good I had to eat them all! ( I usually limit myself to 10.) I have yet toget a burger there that did not satisfy. Read more
