Locks the dine in for no reason. There is a kiosk inside that lets you order your food yourself. If they have that, then the... dine in should always be open. Put a sign up telling people to use it. I should not have to sit in the drive through line tosimply grab my pickup order when I KNOW it is ready and I could simply walk in and get it. Ridiculous. Using every excuse to notkeep it open to inconvenience people. On top of that the burger I ordered was cold and low quality. If you expect common sensebusiness practices and quality service, go elsewhere. Read more
