It's a pretty slack Wendy's. The other day they lost my mobile order. Said they didn't have it. Though the food had already come... off my card. The manager chick acted like I'd have to figure it out myself, thought it was clearly a Wendy's problem. Then, asif by magic, they found my order in the computer. Locks the dine in for no reason. There is a kiosk inside that lets you order your food yourself. If they have that, then the... dine in should always be open. Put a sign up telling people to use it. I should not have to sit in the drive through line tosimply grab my pickup order when I KNOW it is ready and I could simply walk in and get it. Ridiculous. Using every excuse to notkeep it open to inconvenience people. On top of that the burger I ordered was cold and low quality. If you expect common sensebusiness practices and quality service, go elsewhere. Read more
