Visited Asheville for an overnight and my companion demanded we stop here not once but twice for tacos. He'd been here 6 yr... prior and was eagerly anticipating a reunion. I can see why- the food was great! Very original flavor combinations without goingoverboard (each taco has three, maybe four ingredients max). Also lots of alcoholic drink options which were readilyappreciated. Some may scoff at $5 for a taco but frankly they are sizable! One was enough to fill me, two had me pleasantlystuffed. They were clearly a popular spot- both visits we were able to get in and order just before the line started out thedoor. Delicious food and drinks aside, the space is very cool. The outdoor seating especially just begs for you to grab a groupof friends and celebrate taco night! I would love to see a location a little closer to the Piedmont area! Read more
This unsuspecting taco place is the most amazing I've ever been to. Huge lines at 2pm and still was a very short wait.to get the... best tacos ever. They certainly know what they are doing and the toppings were fresh and tasty. ?? it! Back again and triednew ones. Five is too many... and my bourbon was delicious. Read more
Jerk chicken and fish tacos were so good! Love the environment, interesting decor inside, plenty of shaded outdoor seating. They... had some funky options for tacos but the combination of ingredients made it surprisingly delicious! Read more
Tacos are super good! There are tacos for everyone here whether you are vegetarian, Vegan or a meat eater? there is something... delicious for everyone! Highly recommend starting by sharing the Salasa and Chips then getting your tacos. Parking is easy evenif you are traveling with a trailer. If you are traveling w/dogs there?s a abundance of outside seating by the beautiful FrenchBroad River and if you would like to get out of the elements there is inside seating! Read more
Amazing food place and the perfect place to go after a long hike, although some of the tacos were eh. I thought the pork belly... taco was average, but loved the tikka masala one. I, personally, loved the sangria and would get it every night if I lived inthis area. Caution: you may wait in long lines because it's so popular, but it is definitely worth it! Read more
Absurdly unique menu options with combinations I'd not expect but work so well together. The tacos I ordered brought pure joy... and ecstasy to my taste buds. Well worth the price!!! The outside seating next to the river was also wonderful. Read more
Delicious! We had the Shrimp (outstanding, my personal flavor, loved the curry sauce), Lamb, Buffalo chicken, steak & cheese and... fish taco. Fish taco being my least favorite, still good, but perhaps if it was battered and not grilled it would have beenbetter (was too fishy for me). Had this after our hike and man did it hit the spot! The shrimp tacos were delicious! Such a great curry flavor. And the pork... belly and watermelon rind sounded funky, but so worth trying! Good beer to be had also. Read more
