How sad that their spring roll HAS ONE piece of shrimp, cut in half? Two rolls for $4.95, couldn't they afford at least two... shrimp per roll? And, I told the waitress - no pork! We have eaten here about a half a dozen times. Every time the food is fresh and delicious. The wait staff is attentive and... appropriately leaves you to have your conversation with family and friends. The decor is simple but comfortable. It is clean andwell maintained with a consistent serving system in place. I?ve had the rare flank pho and the well done flank and brisket pho.I?ve also had the pork chop and rice. This is not to be missed. The Bahn Mi is delicious and is served with fish, chicken orshrimp. The bread is toasted on the inside and the veggies that come with it are fresh. The Yakosabi noodles are bathed in thehouse sauce with carrots, onions, pickled cabbage. The egg rolls are a perfect size for an appetizer. They?re tasty. TheVietnamese Coffee cheesecake is rich with coffee flavor and also creamy. The banana dessert had bananas in rice paper, withcoconut crumbles and caramel over it and a couple scoops of ice cream. This place is very popular, the food is always very good as always expected. I wish the owner would consider moving into a... bigger place, this time we waited almost an hour to get us seated because we reserved for 9 people and we waited again foralmost 40 minutes for our order. Wild Ginger pho is delicious, consists of fresh ingredients and always comes out quickly. Each time I frequentWild Ginger I?m seated quickly (outside) and my food never takes longer than 20 minutes to arrive. Their chicken pho is to diefor, with delicious broth and yummy chicken. There was a lengthy wait but I assumed that was a good sign. It gave us plenty of time to look over the menu. The restaurant... offers semi-outdoor seating which was perfect for this time of the year. The food was amazing and I forgot to photograph most ofit.
