Just came by and ordered two 6 piece tender meals with extra fries, wings and fries, and cheese bites. Got the wings, fries,... cheese bites but I?m missing both tender meals ????. I generally enjoy Zaxby's. But this was my first time at this location, and what a confounding experience it was. I ordered an... unsweet tea, Cobb salad, and blue cheese dressing in the drive through. Instead, I got sweet tea, a house salad, and no dressingat all - so, 0 out of 3. Zaxby's salads are great but expensive so if I'm paying for one I want the right kind. I went into thestore and asked to have the salad switched out and to get the dressing, and a few minutes later I got the Cobb salad... But thistime, without a fork and still without the dressing. All in all it took me almost 30 minutes to get a salad and a tea. Justconfusing. Came in today. Service was quick but that was only good thing. Unfriendly and unprofessional. Then to top it off my sandwich... which is designed to have sauce on it is dry. How do you cook the chicken dry then just dab sauce on it. I live close to herebut the one in waynesville is on my way to work. This was my first time ever getting Zaxby?s, I waited 50 minutes just to order. The nearest Rasing Canes is 1 hour and 42... minutes away, and I would recommend that you go there instead for infinitely better chicken, sauce, and fries, and to save sometime. Read more

Really enjoyed the food. There was one person's who made our visit intolerable. We had to leave before finishing up. Loved the... food. New girl at the register. The manager was unacceptable. Hope there is a resolution. Read more
