We didn't stay here but ate at the restaurant during a power outage. They were up and running on generators with an only... slightly limited menu. The service and food were spectacular and they went out of their way to make sure we had a delicious mealdespite being unable to cook at our rental AirBNB due to the power outage. Will definitely eat here again when we're back in thearea next year! Pro tip: the buttery cinnamon rolls with Caramel sauce, and the blackberry pie, are both SUPERB!!! Read more

Restaurant review. This family-owned restaurant was my best experience visiting the Mt Rainer area. The homemade Blackberry pie... with Ice cream was absolutely THE best! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. However, make sure you gowith time. The only bad comment is they are slow, but this isn?t enough to give them below 5, because it?s the food is amazing. Read more

Unique spot on the way to rainier national park. Good food and delicious home made pie. The blackberry butter is excellent. The... wait can be a bit but if you are in no rush you won't have a problem. For hikers leaving rainier late, they do close fairlyearly for dinner. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Read more

We had a big group at the restaurant and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was, without... exception, very good, and the portions were very large. Pricey, but worth it, which is more than I can say for many ?fancy?restaurants. I would definitely go back for more than just the (amazing) pie. Read more

Delicious stop on the side of the road!! The beef stew was incredible alongside the tasty bread and blackberry butter! Also got... a side of fries which were nice and crisp. The staff were very friendly and kind which only made the experience even moreenjoyable. The gift shop also offered some of the blackberry butter for sale because they know once you try it you?ll be hookedlol Read more

Definitely a very popular place to eat. Make sure you?ll have time as you may have to wait a few minutes to be seated, though... well worth it! Food is very good. Lots of yummy burger and sandwich plates. Their breakfasts are very good as well. Therestaurant consist of a small quaint dining room or counter. The highlight for me is that they make and bake homemade blackberrypies throughout the day. They also make homemade cinnamon buns which they include a container of caramel sauce that you candrizzle over them. Super good food. The servers are very friendly and easy to work with. Read more

Their huckleberry wine and cider was AMAZING. Their pie was also very good. Service was quick for 2, although if you get there... around 5:30-6pm and you?re a party of 3+ expect to wait. The dining area is small, not much they can do about that. It?s worththe wait !! The breakfast and dinner were great, huge portions, lots of options. The waitresses are so kind and generous. Located on a remote road leading to Mount Rainier, the scenery surrounding the restaurant is simply gorgeous. We didn't stay in... the rooms but we did stop for lunch on our road trip. The food was fresh, well prepared, tasty, and reasonably priced, but whatstood out was the incredible service we received. One of the people in our group had a lupus flare up and was really having ahard time. Our waitress, Trinity, was so kind and understanding. All the staff there went out of their way to make sure it was agood experience for us. We all know it's people who make a business, and these people make this business great! I highlyrecommend this restaurant for a wonderful experience! Read more
