There was nothing wrong with the atmosphere of this restaurant. The cashier/Order taker was kind. The issue was cold food in an... empty restaurant. Although there were plenty of workers behind the counter. If it was just me and my sister with two others,who had just placed their order were the only people ordering food, shouldn't we receive hot food? You'd think so. Instead Ireceived nacho fries that tasted like the dumped them back in hot grease to warm them up and a cold shell chalupa that was chewyfrom laying a while. I returned the fries and got fresh, but again was waiting for food! Why did I wait the first time if Iwasn't getting hot? Anyway, I made a mental note to never eat at this Taco Bell again. Read more
Not the best quality food, most of the time being stale. Also extremely slow service, if you walk in to order. Drive-Thru only.
They need workers who care about their job!! This is the last time I will go to this particular one!! They ALWAYS mess your... order up, food taste awful like it's old or something.. Read more

Food is usually fine, employees are almost always friendly, but good Lord that drive thru takes foreverrrr. 40 minutes from... start to finish. 40 whole minutes!! I?ll go back, just not when I?m in a hurry! Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service. Workers were rude as can be. They advertised 10 pieces of chicken for $5 when we got home... to eat it the "pieces* of chicken were nothing but a bunch of small wings. They must have ran out of beef because the tacos hadso little beef that I had to take the beef off the 2 other tacos in order to make one full serving of beef on one taco. Theother 2 shells just went in the garbage. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL MY FAMILY AND I EAT AT THIS PLACE!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! Read more
This place is so slow and I mean an hour in the drive-thru, sometimes an hour and half or longer. Our orders are always wrong or... messed up? The window/cashier workers are extremely nice though! Read more
