insane how I clicked contactless delivery AND i have a sign on my door not to knock or ring the doorbell and the delivery driver... still rang the doorbell which makes my dog act insane and still delivered the pizza face to face. Read more
Good service but wondering why there was 3 people in the delivery drivers car when covid is rampant. I do not want 3 or 4 people... breathing on my food. I understand that most places are understaffed and over worked right now but this place messed up and order pretty badly. They... made two of the same pizzas instead of the two different ones we ordered and only gave us one of our sodas and told us she wouldbring another one and never came back. Placed a pick up order. I was told 25 mins it would be done. 47 min later it still wasn't done so I cancelled the order. This... was my first and last time ordering from this Papa John's. .......I went back again today against my better judgement. I calledmy pick up order in and they said 25 min. I get there in 30 min because of last time. I was told they would bring my pizza outwhen it was ready. I sat there another 25 min and no pizza. I walked in and my pizza wasn't even in the warmer. It was sittingon the counter while the 2 workers were outside smoking. I am done with this place. If you have an hour or two to wait on yourpizza, then this is your place. Read more
I went inside this Papa John's location and was told it would be 30-40 minutes before the order was ready. They weren't busy, so... I don't understand why it would take so long. This isn't the first time that I've had to wait a long time. Never takes a longtime at Dominoes and frankly, they're friendly. Think I'll just go to Dominoes from now on. Read more
Last 4/5 times I have ordered, they have been very late! I understand things happen. But I was told pizza would be ready in... 35-42 minutes. Finally after an hour and a half the pizza got here. All the manager could say was sorry, we don?t havedrivers. That?s not my problem. Idc to wait: but don?t tell me one time if it is not going to be correct. I had to call tocancel my order right when the pizza finally arrived. They said they were going to refund me my money. And they better...
