Me an my husband went to the pizza hut on blackburn Ave I?m Ashland Ky. No one was up front, no one offered to help us, and when... we yelled no come up. They where all back there laughing carrying on, So I called an talked to a manager and she was rude, andif she said COOL to me One time I was going to drive back up. Horrible experience food was not made how I ordered it.. rude staff hair in food.. I complained to corporate and not 1 word... back.. if you wanna play dental floss with an employees hair in your teeth and then be ignored by the people its their very jobto supervise then surprise this pizza hut is for you! I asked them to write a positive message on the box because I'm having a bad Monday and they used my favorite quote from my... favorite movie so I think that's really cool and clearly the employee who did that has great taste. I don?t understand how my pizza is a half an hour late and burnt so much that the pizza sauce is gone. How can you send this out... and think it?s okay .? I?ve never had a problem from this restaurant before but this time is an utter fail. Read more
The food here is great, no complaints about that. However, delivery needs addressed in a bad way. Our order didn't take too long... to get here, that's not the problem. The problem is when our food got here, it was smashed to smithereens!! There was wing saucespilling out of the sides from the top being smashed in. You can't really tell from the photo but, the 2 boxes of garlic knotswere also smashed on top. Plus, he forgot the credit card slip I was supposed to sign. The delivery drivers shouldn't put thingssuch as, let's say 2 liters from the look of our containers, on top of the food, and should always have the credit card slipwith the order.
