Waited at the window for 10 min before anyone took our order. Then another 20 for them to make our 2 6" subs and 3 cookies.... There was only 2 other customers inside so it wasn't busy. The food was fine just took a long time to get it for a drive thru.The drive thru doesn't actually work you have to drive to the window to order. Read more

Staff was awesome! Stand alone restaurant, easy to get to. The food is great, because it's Subway. The order I placed was a bit... confusing, because I was a bit confused ordering for 3 people that did not give me a lot of information, but the staff was superpatient, had the best attitude and really helped me figure out the order I was trying to place. The absolute worst Subway I've ever been in or ordered from. Stale bread, hardly any toppings and I honestly thought they got my... order wrong bc the meat didn't ever cover the whole sandwich plus meats were missing from the sandwich. The two teenagersrunning the place, one guy and one girl, literally fought in front of me ab who was gonna make it. Place stunk and looked likeit hadn't been cleaned all year. If you have any common sense you would make your own sub at home. Their service is horrible. The manager is a 17 year old child... with an incompetent boyfriend who she allows to do what he pleases in the store. They have kids working there on full time hoursand take out the full time benefits but the kid can't use them because they're not allowed full time. The manager does not knowhow to take responsibility for things going wrong in Her store. She would rather lie to higher ups then take the ownership thatcomes with being a manager. To parents please do not allow your kids to work there and for yourself do not eat there. The ownersare rude racially motivated owners. Read more
Online ordered a "protein" bowl and when I came to the shop the dinning room was closed.. (yet again) so no biggie. I go through... the drive through and get handed a bag I go back to work and open said bag, the Buffalo chicken bowel with cheese i paid for isliterally spinach with ranch dripped over it! I go back to the drive through and was told there was other orders ahead of mineand that mine would be "fixed" after.... I asked for a refund because my lunch break was already over and was told no and that Icould wait or leave! Read more
