I have been eating here 2-3 times a month for over 5 years and love it. Their queso is better than the local Mexican restaurants... in my opinion! Always great food. Don't let the gas station location fool you. I would say its more like "Food Truck Mexican" as opposed to... anything else. While we certainly enjoy the "traditional" Mexican restaurants in the area, Suplex is GREAT for a changeup. IHIGHLY recommend both Suplex Tacos AND "The Brown Hot Sauce"! Read more

Been here a couple times now and I've had great experiences both times! Today was better than the last. Went thru the drive thru... for lunch about 11:15am and the worker at the window was so nice! Best tacos in Ashland and further out. The pork tacos are 5/5, don't bother getting tacos from anywhere else; the flavor of the... pork is amazing and as authentic as it gets. Everything else (chicken and steak) was pretty good too. But if you had to try justone thing, get anything pork here. Read more

For Kentucky this is the best Mexican/ taco place we have found! There is subpar Mexican food here and it's a shame. My husband... is Mexican, real born in Mexico, Mexican and we were pleasantly surprised. We have been missing good Mexican food since movinghere.
