Every time I go there I get the same thing every time and every time I pay a different price. So I spoke with a manager and... asked why and she told me that I should of said something when it happened and she didn't understand why it was happening soundslike someone has their hand in the cookie jar. I understand also we are going thru inflation but to get the same thing everytime and the cup is half the size and you gotta pay more. Not good. Read more
The crew in the mornings are the most unfriendly restaurant staff I have ever seen. When pulling up to order, I politely said... ?just one second?. She says something along the lines of ?order when you?re ready?. No more than 5 seconds go by and she says?uh can I help you with something?? So being rushed, we proceed to order. After EVERY item, she says quickly, ?is that it? Isthat it??, even after I said I have a few more items. Another day, I went before work and ordered 2 avocado toasts. They wereboth so burnt they were black and had a big lump of guacamole in the center. It wasn?t spread hardly at all on both of them.Every time I go here or order from door dash, the food is always sloppy and rushed. Today, I asked for an everything bagel withcream cheese. They know who I am and I always get my bagels toasted. The bagel was quickly handed to me not toasted with creamcheese slopped in a big heap. It?s convenient for some because they are very quick, but it?s so quick that the results aresloppy and uncalled for. I will be going to the store on Winchester from now on. Read more
I live near by so I stop by there sometimes out of convenience. Every time I?ve came to this particular location I?ve had an... awful experience. Whether it be, rude employees or my order being incorrect or nasty. I?m not sure they even check expirationdates. They are usually great, but on the 4th of July I was dying for a cold brew & they closed before 5pm, the posted sign said 5.
Our favorite coffee house features hot variety as well as cold coffees. Pastries ate wonderful. Great soups also delicious!... Great service and friendly. Read more
So I come here for an iced coffee. They rung up an iced capp and I asked them why I was rung up for that and the guy said, "oh... it rings up random items like that all the time." Bull. I've worked there before and know better than that. When i worked therethey used to over charge people by putting a tim bit or something on it so they could get back at rude people and would discountpeople they liked. They over charged me still by charging me for an iced capp. I got my coffee, drank part of it and there was adime sized piece of paper in it. Thanks guys. Read more
