Had a great lunch here today with my mom and grandma. Food was incredibly good and the menu was huge. Restaurant was clean and... the decor was so cool. Played some Keno. Amazing food! Great service and fun atmosphere! The steak tips with the "Old Grandaddy Bourbon Sauce" was SO good! My husband... had the Chicken Mac-n-Cheese and it was equally good! Weren't expecting food this good at a place that is billed as an Ale housebut we were very pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be back! Read more
This is a local watering hole with a mostly local clientele. It?s a friendly atmosphere with servers who are nice enough. This... place is what it is, descent food at a decent price. Good for families! The menu is extensive which always make me nervous sinceno place can specialize in so many different choices but I usually get a burger or fish and chips. It?s hard to screw thosemeals up. The drinks are good and the place is clean. The hostesses are all 17/18year old girls who at times seems confusedabout the process but they are friendly and try hard to be helpful. The prices are also reasonable, so it?s family friendly. Ifyou have a family who likes going out to dinner without blowing the mortgage payment then Ashland Ale house is for you! Oh andpeople rave about the beer selection but I do t drink beer so I have no opinion about that. Read more

Wow, really good cornflake crusted chicken sandwich. Big and crunchy with nicely balanced drizzle of sauces. Just a well thought... out and executed meal, paired with some of the better sweet potato fries I've had in recent memory. Also had a super tastysalted peanutbutter chocolate whisky cocktail.
