The overweight lady with black hair yelled at me and was extremely rude. They didn?t have what we ordered and went nuts when we... wanted a refund. Hit or miss. Lately been more of a miss... Very inconsistent. There about two staff members who actually know what they are... doing. But do not go here if you are in a hurry. Long wait even for order ahead items via mobile app. And you will hardly everget the correct order or a full beverage. Only reason why I keep going back is because it is the only Dunkin? on my way to workand I get gift cards. Read more
I live just down the street from the gas station so this is often the Dunkin I go to. Most of the time the drinks aren?t good at... all. I went in yesterday to get some cold brew and tasted like water, very disappointing. I went back today and started an orderand was quickly shut up by the manager saying she was working alone, and was just straight up rude, however by the time Iordered my drinks and pulled up to the window I saw at least one other person working. My experience yesterday was fine becausethe kids there were polite and got my drinks as fast as possible, however I think from now on I?ll take the short trip to theother one further down the street. Visited the store twice so far as it is the closest Dunkin? to my house and had terrible experiences both times, will never go... back. The employees are rude and make you feel like you are bothering them by placing an order. They pay very little attentionto customers in the store as opposed to the drive thru. I?m pretty easy to please and don?t complain often and rarely writenegative reviews but I was treated so rudely that I felt compelled to share my experiences. The food was fine the first time,despite the experience; never had the chance to order the second time, after having waited in a short line for over 25 minutesand the employees shouting to everyone in line that they were busy, yet the drive thru customers didn?t wait long at all. Twopeople cut in front of me, but I don?t blame them because it was not obvious where the line started and they must have thought Iwas waiting on an already-placed order. I know I was in the correct line as there was tape on the floor because of covidprotocols. What happened to Customer Service at Dunkin??
