Ordered 3 large pizzas tonight. Told they would be ready at 6:55. They didn?t have my pizzas ready nor could they even find the... order despite the lady saying she ?remembered taking the order.? Instead of attempting to rectify anything, the man questioned which phone number I called in case it was the wrong Casey?s? I?ve lived here 47 years. I went to get Dr. Pepper and they were out of 12 packs of Dr. Pepper. The girl working the front was great and extremely... helpful. She offered and did, go check in the back to make sure there was none there. Unfortunately there was none. Sheapologized and let me know when they should be getting more in. Waited almost 2 hrs for a pizza! An hour and half longer than we were told. Some how they thought it was already picked up. It... was good when we finally got it. Like everywhere else, so many places are short staffed. Not sure that was the case here, butwill give grace. Read more
Try calling repeatedly, no answer so I gave up and went in. I wish I would have saved my 19.00. The pizza was mostly crust even... though I ordered a large with extra toppings. It looks like a medium cut up into slices , not a large at all. I could havegotten more taste from a box of frozen pizza. The dog enjoyed it but that?s an expensive dog treat .. This location has been plagued by lazy, incompetent management for years. Upon the recent hire of new management, I had hoped... that they would turn things around and actually do their job. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. With 5 convenience stores inAshland, Caseys will be the last place I ever go again. Read more
I have come to this Casey?s the last 3 weekends and 2 times during the week and they have failed to make original cake donuts... because the ?robot? is down but there are spice and chocolate cake donuts. The staff are always rude and disrespectful forexample, Tabitha is always on her phone in front of customers or she will sit in her office while there is a line of customersat the register. Read more
We used to enjoy ordering pizza from Casey?s, not anymore...in the later hours the pizza tends to have hardly any meat or... toppings ... or the pizza is made incorrectly, and then given excuses as to why a normal pizza they make has no SAUCE? What BBQpizza has NO sauce? They don?t offer to reimburse your money, or make it correctly. The help behind the cash register seembothered when you go to buy something...where has the customer service gone to? We stop at Casey?s stores when traveling, theyare clean and courteous and to have this as our local store, which is NOT clean, food and help has gone down hill, verydisappointing. These are things that have been going on for a while, these aren?t just my actual feelings, these are all thingsthat family and friends in the area that frequently visit/order have been talking about...I don?t usually do reviews, but it?stime for this store unfortunately.
