Made the drive to eat lunch today at McDonald's in Ashland and when I arrived the entrance door was locked, no sign on the door.... I could see the employees looking at me and some other people wanting to eat but they didn't have the decency to tell us thelobby was closed or maks a sign for the door. As the military used to say, "No bad soldier, only bad leaders". Subway took careof us so we will just start eating there. Good bye McDoor Locked. Read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Lobby was closed. When I tried the door employee on her phone in the lobby looked up at me then... went back to messing with her phone. I then attempted to place a mobie curb side order to find that they had the turned off. Dueto the size of my work vehicle I was unable to use the drive thru. Read more
Used drive thru because lobby was closed. We placed 3 orders but they would only take two orders per car and said we had to go... thru the drive thru for the third order. They would not place the third order at the same time so we left. Read more
I enjoy the service provided here usually always fast and very friendly at this Ashland Missouri location. Quick access just off... the road and very easy to get back on the roadway. Read more
Good, hot, and fast. Only complaint is same as every time they forgot my sweet n sour for the nuggets. Other than that this is... about the best McDonald's I have been to in years and we have about 10 in our city alone!( I refuse to go to any of them!) Read more
Went inside to order this is about 830pm on a Tuesday. Drive thru was wrapped around the building . Ordered waited 10 minutes ... still no food .I was watching what was going on behind the counter and in the back. Horseplay high fives dancing being loudasked manager about my food.She said they were busy my husband said that's because there not doing anything.This person was amanager she was watching all this go on then she asked if we wanted a refund.This is not the first time we have had awfulservice.
