Buns tasted old, meat was not up to temp and fries were not Salted. I used to be assistant manager at a different store more... north of this one. I understand everywhere is short handed but this is about food safety. Read more
AWFUL customer service. Went through the drive thru?. Did not get one of our burgers?. Drove back through the drive thru and... sat at the window and no one came to the window?. Then drove back around to the speaker and the employee started arguing with usstating that 3 people checked the bag and that we did get our burger and there was nothing he could do for us. We are a familyand had two kids with us?. They did NOT give us one of our burgers. We spent 40 dollars and didn?t get all of our food?. I amsure some people try to rip off fast food places but this was not the case for us. They don?t even deserve one star but it isthe only way I could write a review. Read more
I have known someone who worked here. Management treated him awful. They can't keep enough people at this location to be open... fully. They do weird drive thru hours only because there are literally 2 people working at a time if they are lucky. Not blamingthe workers because they are doing what they can with no help. Read more
Google says that this Burger King is temporary closed, but it?s not. I went there today? and there was only like 2 people... working there, one of them being a guy who took our order and gave us our food. He was soooo kind and I feel like you don?t seethat a lot especially at fast food restaurants. We also got our food nice and warm AND 2 coookies for a dollar. Read more
This fast food restaurant was open for drive thru customers only. There was no signage that I noticed that addressed the... situation. Customers were wandering around. Because we were towing a camper, we walked up to the drive thru window & placed ourorder. The staff person at the window was managing the "could have been chaotic" situation wonderfully. Stopped by on our way through town. They messed up our order and forgot fries. My husband ate one of the burgers they messed up... and because that burger was more expensive the manager would not give him the second value burger he had ordered even though hegave the second more expensive one back. The manager argued with us and was not even going to give us the fries we ordered. Heshut the drive through window in his face and walked away. I do not even write reviews but I felt the need to. Foods usually good. No sign on the doors letting people know and the Google search doesn't reflect it either but apparently... COVID still has them locking their doors. So out of luck for those who try walking in for food. Would have been nice but ohwell. Read more
We pulled in for a sandwich and to use the restroom. The building was closed. We sat for 20 minutes in the drive thru line. A... whopper was 11.54 so we asked for the "meal" instead and the worker said he was sorry he could not void the sale but can ordermore. Read more
