Update- this location is going down hill at full speed! Not sure what is going on but it's bad! Poor management maybe?... Definitely poor work ethics by the employees. You can tell they don't care about their quality of work/service. Not going backfor awhile. They just can't seem to get it right. In person or mobile orders. Food is good when it's made correctly. I'm not afan of the kiosk for ordering. Not everything you can order is on there. But when you have/need to talk to an actual person,they say " um, like, Im not sure what you mean. Um, like, don't you know you can use that touch screen kiosk" . Have had a fewemployees try to argue ( I don't argue back ) with me when our order is wrong or something is missing. The girl at the window, while super friendly forgot to ring up one of the items I ordered. Didn't realize until I had already... left, but at least I didn't get charged for it. I got 5 layer beefy burritos. I mean I know it's fast food, but I still wish thefood was prepped with a little care. Both burritos, all the meat was on one side, then all the beans on another.
