This mushroom soup wasn't my favorite but the barrel bowl and juices are amazing!! Yummy mousse too!

Flavors are great. Prices and portions are a complete joke. $13 12oz smoothies? A tiny burnt! piece of toast for $9? Last time... I?m giving this place a shot. Was really hopeful bc in my last town we had a ~high-end~ healthy spot just like this, but it?snot even worth it anymore. Ordered the Oregon Outback Toast: Let's start with the bread, omg so earthy, and nutty. Loooove it. The pesto was delicious and... the nut meat was beyond perfect. The cashew cream sauce was very unique tasted almost cheesy but without overpowering the toast.Definitely a light squeeze over the toast for added touch. So good, had to buy another one! Read more

Very fresh and vibrant. Good vibes and music. I think they could take it to the next level with some grilled chicken, goat... cheese or sliced raw salmon and tuna. Fried clams or rare slices of lamb. This has become a go-to spot for any visit to Ashland. Their juices and smoothies are all delicious and fresh, but it's their... BLT avocado toast that makes me weak in the knees. PLEASE open a location in Portland so I can eat this heavenly treat everyday! Whatever recipe they are using for their cashew cream and nut "meat" should be more valuable than Coke's secret formula. Ilove that they offer online ordering and delivery, as well as grab-and-go items to speed up the check-out process. If you placean order at the counter, expect to wait quite a while. I also thought it was odd that there doesn't seem to be a dedicated binfor their compostables, which is odd for a business that seems so dedicated to sustainability. Love this place!! I am Plant-based Vegan so it's really nice to have a place like this where I can literally order anything on... the menu, AND everything on the Menu is delicious!
