The girls that helped me are very sweet. I missed my initial order pick-up. I hit a deer on the way to the store. Threw me from... my ride. Deer was unharmed. Thankfully. The lead girl (Woman) even wrapped my order extra securely so my pizza remained intactfor my ride home. All the people are very cool at the Ashland Papa Murphy's. Thanks guys & gals. So the pizza was made perfectly, but they don't have much parking at all and are located on a busy street.

Ordered a pizza with specific ingredients. Got home and called them back stating the pizza we got was not what we ordered. The... app they have apparently does not translate to the guy making pizza. We ordered a gourmet pizza with spec toppings. They cannot see that apparently. They even called us back to say we were wrong about getting the wrong ingredients on our pizza. I waslooking at my order. We went there the next day to see if they would remake it. They said we got what we ordered even though weshowed them the order on our phone. Very bad customer service. They should probably fix their app so they see the orderscorrectly. Unfortunate interaction all the way around. Will not go there again. Read more

IMPORTANT INFO: This is unprepared food, and many items on the menu can be purchased using SNAP food benefits. Papa Murphy's is... a great idea if you want delicious pizza for the family, inexpensively. It's take n bake, so it's always fresh from your ownoven when its served, and you can serve it whenever you want, no longer waiting for delivery people to break up your eventnight. Buy it when you're running errands, then refrigerate, or even freeze it for a few days. It's still great pizza. Theveggies are delivered fresh, usually locally sourced. The dough is made everyday, and hand-tossed for every pizza, and yourbudget will thank you (2 large pizza for the what it would cost you for one at all other pizza places). Their options include, thin crust (like a cracker) original crust, and pan pizza (deep dish in a tin pie pan). They also offer what's called a stuffedpizza. It's a calzone, that's been met with a second calzone to make a complete 2 layer pizza. Eat with a fork it you don'twanna get deliciously messy. They have all the basic toppings you'd think to find available at pizza places. Their saucesinclude, a marinara, a "white sauce" (think ranch dressing with extra minced garlic), and basic olive oil. Tasty food, at aneasy price. All pizzas come with baking instructions. If you haven't, I recommend trying Papa Murphy's. Read more

I got two family sized pizzas and one large pizza here for less than $40. The same order just across the parking lot at Great... American Pizza company would easily be over $90, if not $100, and while their pizza is also good, I feel that it isn't evenclose to being worth over twice the price. Papa Murphy's pizza is consistently fantastic, the ingredients are of high quality, the coupons are great (I saved over 20% in total on my last order and received a coupon to save a flat 25% on my next order),and the employees are happy, polite, and fast working. It's everything I could ask for from a pizza shop in terms of both thefood and the experience. Read more
