It's Taco Bell. You know what you are getting. Sometimes you have to wait. Like thousands of other corporate clone entities... across America, they're doing the best they can. This could be a review for an Ashland Taco Bell or a Starbucks in NewHampshire. It's all the same. Anyone that thinks it is useful or effective in the slightest to complain about what you get whenyou sit in line at what is basically an automated trough (or Adult School Lunch Line??) is just a laugh at this point. Inessence: it's a staple, a cultural keystone, and should be given the respect we have come to agree is due our American Way.Sterile, preserved disposability and a lack of seriousness. Slowest Taco Bell you will ever encounter. If you see more than 1 car in the drive through find somewhere else to go, guaranteed... 30 minute wait right there. Read more

My expectations are very low when visiting Taco Bell, but the food is generally good and cheap. This Taco Bell is tired. Not... only is the interior distressed but homeless people are allowed to assemble and harass diners. Disgusting. Read more

I come here sometimes when driving from Klamath Falls to Medford and it's always an unsupervised child who doesn't know how to... use the register... It's very frustrating because the option to grill a burrito is not on the kiosk, but the register has thebutton for it. When you catch them after putting in the kiosk order to tell them you'd like it modified, they often do it wronganyway. There is no customer service here at all, it's just you and the kiosk. As someone who spent about 10 years in foodservice, I understand most the issues these folks have not at the end of the day they just don't know how to do theirjobs. Worth noting if you try to talk through what's happening the kids will just turn to each other and talk RIGHT IN FRONT OFYOU about how difficult you're being by trying to place an order at the register. This place 97% of the time gets your order wrong or missing items. They have a very quick turn over with the employees and... therefore constantly training new people. It's also not uncommon for them to open at noon or close at 8pm due to staffingshortages. Super frustrating to try to get a "quick lunch" when you're pressed for time. Read more

I was hungry and this was the only place to purchase food quickly. What I ordered was to hold me over until I could eat dinner.... Cheap, inexpensive food that is like Pup N'Taco of decades ago when I was younger. There isn't anything interesting, orexciting about stopping by here. Unless you are desperate for food, I suggest that you go elsewhere. Read more

I ordered almost $70 in food and they forgot part of the order $10 worth and they put the entire order into 1 bag with our 10... crunchy tacos at the bottom under 12 burritos and literally over 200 sauce packs. Our tacos aren't even edible because they weresmashed and soggy and when I went to call them it's a fax machine so it just beeps in your ear. Nice training and customerservice taco bell. Read more

Worst Taco Bell ever! They have really gone down hill. They are stingy and cheap as possible at this location. Dirty, rude,... clueless, arrogant. They charge a special "Ashland price". The bean burrito should be $1.39, as it is everywhere else but youget to pay $1.79. You think they pass the extra money on to their employees? Perish the thought. Somehow the taco bell on thebeach in Half Moon Bay California charges the regular prices. They don't accept online orders here either. Come on people wedeserve better. Take the 10 minute drive to Medford if you want taco bell. Better yet go to In N Out Burger and get clean, excellent food every time for the same price no matter where you go. Read more
