Hi, I?m a employee at this store. Recently I was looking at reviews for our establishment. And there are a few things that get... repeatedly mentioned that I think should be addressed. 1. Walk ups after our lobby closes, we want to serve you but it is asafety hazard we don?t want anyone to get hit by cars that may come zooming through the drive through 2. Staffing, we are acollege town. And a majority of our staff are students even a few managers are students and when the school breaks come aroundsome of us are kicked out of our homes or forced to pay an absurd amount of money if we want to stay so our hours drop, ourlobby closes, and our staff gets smaller, we try to interview and higher people but issues arise with that with people?savailability being the only time we actually do have staff or even unreliable transportation. 3. Our product, sometimes we areout of things, our chili takes hours to make, along with our potatoes, we also sometimes deal with national or state shortageson items such as lettuce, tomatoes, and even some bread products. I apologize if we have made a mistake we all do and we try toright all wrongs we do make if we can, but at the we are people just like you. Please don?t yell at us if we don?t let you walkup, or if we do not have the items your after we are trying and a lot of these things are out of our hands and we want answersjust as badly as you, I promise you we genuinely do. For barely any business this place is slow and the food comes subpar. The general manager I believe his name is will is rude. ... He doesn't come in till after noon even with their business being open at 8. The food service is slow. I heard cussing andyelling frlm the back behind the grill. Will was grumpy and seemed to want to be anywhere else but there. He said I'm sorryfor the mistake we are understaffed. Which is weird since I've applied many time as have others. More efficient workers andmanagement is a must especially with the lobby being closed for over a year they finally opened it. Customers don't pay towitness bad management Read more

Whenever my dad asks for a veteran discount at this Wendy's, the employees make a big deal about asking him to PROVE that he's... really a veteran. He's 76 years old and wearing a 101st Airborne hat. Do you want him to bring in his DD-214 as well? The lasttime it happened was the day after veterans day. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Every other business in all of Jacksoncounty gives him the discount and thanks him for his service, no questions asked. Read more

The food was good but the customer service was REALLY LACKING! The guy taking payments didn't give us our total, just took our... card, ran it, and handed it back. He didn't say anything to us at all. At the pick up window it was the same thing. The younglady handed out our drinks and food, not a word, no have a nice day, bye...nothing. Read more

2nd or 3rd time eating at Wendy's in my life and definitely my last. Came for the chicken sandwich of course, ordered the... Jalapeño Chicken Popper sandwich. The sandwich tasted like the dirtiest Jalapeño popper I ever ate. The chicken patty was madeup of mince meat, thin and tasteless. The bacon super thin, soggy and tasteless. Some indescribable gross sauce, was it cheese, mayo, lard? This abomination cost me $7! Hope I don't get sick. There may be debate on who won the chicken sandwich wars (I sayKFC followed by Popeyes) but there is no doubt who lost it, Wendys! Read more
