Rude staff, unclean facility. Tons of other staff lounging around while a dozen tables wait for orders, refills or other... service. Highly reccomend going else where if you want good service and food. Read more
We were driving south on I-95 and wanted more than a fast food meal. We stopped for gas & I used the Google Maps [Restaurants]... button to see what was close. An Applebee's was only .3 miles so I hit the directions choice and we arrived in 2 minutes. Goodeasy parking & we were seated quickly. I had the Chicken & Shrimp meal & it was wonderful. Service & food were excellent and thewaitress checked often that our drinks were refilled & if we had any needs. We will definitely stop here again on our next I-95trip to Washinhton DC. Read more
Food was good. The atmosphere was a little dark probably because they lost an employee due to some type of death. The servers... were all young so it's hard sometimes to relate to 20 yr olds. Read more
The highlight of this experience wast definitely the Fire Cheetos cheese bites, and Mango Strawberry Swirl!
Went here on a Sunday and the place was empty but a mess! Trash on the floor and the table across from us had plates and trash... all over it. The female manager with the short dark hair stood in back of our table and talked to her family members for overan hour, even discussing the problem that she was having with her feet while we were eating dinner! Yuck!!! Our sever was moreinto the football games than serving us.Lastly there was a system error at Applebee?s and my card was charged multiple times.Extremely dirty place. If the front of the restaurant was that dirty I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like ? eww. I didappreciate Joshua?s professionalism as he was explaining that they were having system errors and that all the charges on my cardshould be gone by Thursday. Read more
Out of town and this restaurant was within walking distance of the hotel. They weren't very busy. We had a group of 6. The... corner booth seat was dirty. My shoes kept slipping under the table as there was some sort of grease on the floor. I rested themon the table legs and had to clean them off so I didn't fall. Our waiter was slow and kept forgetting our order plus refills ofdrinks. Surprisingly the food was good, but they need a major cleaning. Read more
It was very busy there and I was concerned it would take forever but no, the service was very quick! The food was served in a... very timely manner and was nice and fresh! My waitress was clearly overwhelmed but still managed to do a fantastic job! Read more
Not too bad on nights that they have enough staff. The beef nachos appetizer is really good. My go to entrée is the four cheese... mac n cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. Read more
