Thought we?d give Bojangles another shot at a different location. The staff had a sense of urgency and communicated well. Very... professional. They were out of sporks for our biscuits and gravy but immediately handled it and took action to satisfy ourorder. Very clean and pleasant. Read more
This is normally my favorite Bojangles. The last visit was not very good. I think they were low on staff because the dining area... was closed. The biscuits were dry and crumbly and the famous chicken biscuit we normally get was raw in the middle. Come oneguys!! I did not fail them in the raating because I like to give good restaurants a second chance to redeem themselves. However,I could not just give 4 stars since the uncooked sandwich could have made my husband very ill. Read more
Never heard of Bojangles (I'm from the Baltimore area) so we figured we'd try them out. Service was SLOW, and the dining room... was a mess. Employees were super friendly, but took FOREVER to do anything. It was almost comical to watch. Chicken is not verygood. I don't see the hype. Definitely not tasty... At all. The fries were delicious, I'll say that much. The biscuit wascrunchy, the chicken tasted like nothing, and their fountain sodas tasted flat. Came here this morning to get breakfast and the doors are locked, restaurant is closed and people are lined up around the drive... thru and there?s not anyone in this restaurant. Horrible way to do business?won?t ever come here again. Read more
I've been here several times and the doors are locked and unlocked at random times and there's no sign or anything. And my truck... won't fit in the drive through. Be consistent if you're going to close the dining room randomly just close it all the time. Read more
Drive through experience- very polite greeting and good customer service while taking order. 15 min wait for white meat which... wasnt a problem so they had us pull up to the white line after paying. 20 mins after ordering, still nothing. Husband went in?they forgot the order!! Had to go back in a second time because they forgot part of our order then get home to dirty mush, notdirty rice. Very disappointing. Read more
Not fast food, 25 minutes in line. Dining area closed for some reason, not really explained. Told eggs and hash browns would... take 5 minutes to cook...... sat for 15 minutes in line after placing order and food still not ready.....? Hash browns werecold.... Read more
