Took my son to eat there between his tournaments today. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Finally got our food. No... utensils to eat with and no sauces for the fish and shrimp. To top it off he found a hair in his food. Disgusted to say thelease. Will never patronize this place again. Definitely a waste of my money. If I could've given no stars I would. Read more

Last time I will ever patronize a Captain D's! Staff was indifferent at best. Prices have risen while quality has declined. The... fried fish was a huge mass of breading with a tiny sliver of fish hidden inside. Read more
I had the 2 crab cake and rice with broccoli and baked potato & 2 hush puppies. The baked potato and broccoli was delicious but... you really can?t mess that up for me but the crab cakes and hush puppies definitely missed the mark and had a very weird taste.I was in the mood for a crab cake (as always) I came here to grab a bite after dropping my children to Kings Dominion andgetting my nails and feet done. I am definitely not satisfied. I started to get something else instead of the crab cake but Idecided against it. I should have gotten something else. The tea was delicious & they have the good ice. Oh and the employees,one looked as if she was angry and not too welcoming. Maybe she was having a bad day or a customer wasn?t too friendly with her. Our food was barely warm, the floor was sticky, the bathroom was very dirty, the inside was closed for almost a year, and when... it finally opens, it was so awful, my husband and I will not be back to this one, save your time, and go to the one inFredericksburg. Read more
Today we had the worst experience at captain ds in years . We tried to order food for me and the wife as well as our 2 children... . The lady cut me off twice in the middle of my order and told me the price when I alerted her that we were not finished she gotone he'll of a bad attitude. And on top of it all she told me flat out no that I could no pay more to substitute my fish beingcooked southern style which we always do.
