I work at CFA as a team lead at a different location and I have NEVER experienced such a worst CFA, I originally ordered through... my mobile app through drive through, after waiting 10 minutes the line hadn?t moved at all so I switched to pick up inside. (toput in perspective we try and get guests in and out within 4 minutes) When I entered the restaurant there was a line andmultiple people waiting on food, I understand being short staffed but they were not moving as if they were busy at all, I saw agirl on her phone, and some older ladies moving without purpose. Ordered via the app while driving through the area. Order was correct, food was hot. Not sure why the app only offered drive... thru today for pick up, potentially that was user error but otherwise all was fine. I love the chicken minis for breakfast! Read more
The biggest headache in all of Ashland. The parking lot set up is horrid. People ignore the one way around so you're constantly... fighting a hundred people to get in and out, and that mostly because they keep two entrance ways closed. Yes it's two lines butthat's what makes it worse. It make an already small crowded lot even tighter and near impossible to get through. Especiallybecause they love to let trucks with trailers also take up 15 spaces in a lot that barely has room for car. But the food serviceis fast once you're finally able to make it through the battlefield and inside. Read more
Food is very good. People are very friendly. It was a very busy day when we went and the lines were long. They do everything... to help people and get their orders as fast as they can. I really appreciate that from a fast food place. Read more
The place was very busy with beach traffic; nevertheless, we got our order in quickly, and the sandwiches came out just as... quickly. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the food is always tremendous. Read more
Came in today and per usual the service was good for a CFA. The restroom was clean and everything inside was good too. However,... the chicken strips I ordered were a little burnt and they tasted old. Hopefully they will be better next time. The lemonade wastasty though! Read more
I arrived after 8pm and the place was a zoo. Had all but one entrances blocked. Only remaining parking lot entrance was blocked... by the crazy looking drive to thru line. Trash cans were overflowing and bathroom was out of paper towel. Not what I expectfrom this chain. Read more
Terrible service. Cannot handle the volume expected for a restaurant off the interstate. Been here twice and had similar... experiences. Slow service, incorrect orders, and dirty. Other than that it?s pretty good. Eat at the Panera across the streetinstead. Much better. Read more
