Very disappointing. Stood in line while only one worker took care of all the orders, I observed 2 cook's working, manager and... another employee where chatting behind the register area, another just wondering around... Had to pick a meat that didn't lookdried up like most of them were. Very small portions and were out of sour cream and guacamole. This was at 5:30 pm on aThursday. Not a great impression for a new location. Such a simple business platform with a very small selection of ingredients,and a premium price shouldn't be that hard to get it right consistently. After a long night of trick or treating, we stopped in to get sustenance. We were greeted promptly, and received 5 star service.... From the nice young man who made our burritos, to the rock star cashier who was friendly and kind, even when my oldest made alast minute change at the register. I went to Chipotle for my dinner. I opted to go to the restaurant and order in because I normally get better portions when... ordering in Chipotle. We arrived and there was the same sign on the door from last week or so saying online ordering only withdrive through pick up. I ordered through the app around 5:50 p.m. for a 6:00 p.m. pick up. I picked up my order and wentstraight home to eat my dinner which took all of 15 minutes. I got 3 bowls and all 3 bowls were ice cold. My steak, lettuce andtomato also looks to be old.There was no way that any of the food in any of the bowls were ever hot! I tried to warm it, butthat made it even worse! I called the store and after 5 minutes or so of trying to get through their automated system someonepicked up and I was hung up on before I could even say what the issue was. They did call back after about 5 minutes or so andsomeone by the name of Jamal said he was the Supervisor on duty. I told him what the issue was and he just simply said what wasI wanting. No apology or anything. I told him I?m not able to come back to Ashland tonight, but I wanted to be reimbursed forfood I was not going to be able to eat. He informed me I needed to go through the app and request a refund. Well, there was nota refund request option. I only was able to speak to a bot and eventually get 3 Bogo offers where I have to buy a bowl to get 1free and can only use 1 coupon per visit that expires soon. I understand everyone is short staffed and I try to have the utmostrespect for others, however there was no excuse for any of this! The chicken was so overcooked (or day old) it was hard, and the rice was so undercooked it was also hard. I feel so sorry for... the kind of people that work here. I pity anyone who can?t cook chicken or rice. But kudos for Chipotle to employ theunemployable. It must be tough to be a middle school drop out. Read more

I have ordered from this Chipotle about 4 times. Each time, there has been something wrong with our order. When ordering... online, if they are out of the item, they just don't include it in your bag. Multiple times, we have ordered and paid forsomething, and gotten home to find an item missing. They never answer the phone, but when you go back up there, they just saythey were out of that item. Customer service is non-existent. The last time I ordered a burrito bowl, it was only about halfthe size it should have been. I've given up on this location. We will not be returning. Read more
