Had the only driver ever with his GPS tracking on. He went all the way up to Patrick Henry to deliver an order just to have to... come all the way almost to Lewistown to deliver to me and then lied straight to my face about there being horrible traffic inAshland. Called prior to order advising I am in a semi truck specified on delivery details in semi truck then 20 min after my food leaves... store 1 mile away driver calls as he is arriving at delivery address and says they do not deliver to vehicles he can meet me Isay OK then he says or leave it there at business then hung up before I could respond any futher. Ordering on line was great Our order for the pizza was wrong. I asked for a Brookland style crust. Got hand tossed. Asked for... double mushrooms all over got half cheese half mushrooms. This is a turn off i kinda wonder if what I asked for maybe the sitehas an issue or someone can not read. I have the receipt. Read more
My pizza was burnt. I couldn?t believe they even sent a pizza out in that fashion. It was horrible! Worst pizza I e ever eaten.
Ordered my pizza on the app for carryout. While walking to the store from my hotel I received a phone call to inform me that... they were out of the crust I ordered online. Once at the store they told me I owed them an additional four dollars for thechange in crust. When I asked why I was being charged more for a substitution they told me that my coupon no longer applied. Iasked if the crust was a substitute then why am I being charged more for them being out of stock. They would not give me ananswer, no offers were made to correct the issue, and I was still charged the extra four dollars. The staff were not rude butthey could not give me an answer to why I was charged more money for a substitute that was not my fault. If I lived in Ashland Iwould never go back to this location.
