Hello my CB radio handle is Fishman, and on Friday October 14,2022 i stop TA Ashland exit 92 as normal doing my work week from... 3 trips to and from prince George to New Jersey, will this time I left my wedding ring in the shower, Thanks be to God forHonest people working here, I went back in their some time later and it was turned in the the store manager, Mrs Kathy, and Kekeand who soever was cleaning this day, deserves highest level of service praise. Completely rude to customers , dont ever seem like they want to take care of the people they are designed to, which is truckers.... Take their time cleaning showers. Thats my main complaint. They hardly ever have clean showers ready and they are rude. Read more
Here on a Saturday evening (7pm) and still quite a bit of parking available, both free and paid. Shower is clean, good pressure... and temperature. The best part about this place is what's around it, you can walk to a number of restaurants nearby, Walmart toshop and other things to do while you're off. One of the few places that has a unique restaurant inside of it instead of thenormal "County Pride" Cafe. Read more
as a trucker in the past five years i?ve been in some disgusting restrooms but this one was the MOST DISGUSTING! the stench, the... stains, the dried up feces on stall walls and caked up in the toilets, puddles of urine around the urinals ???????? justhorrible! Read more
Had a cute little playground and an enclosed dog pen. Neither the playground nor the dog pen were in great condition, so I would... keep a little bit of a closer eye on your kids and dogs just in case. However, both were a welcome sight and great for lettingmy toddler and large dog stretch their legs for a few minutes. Read more
Worse Truck Stop in the world. The customer service at the Truck department is terrible and whenever you ask for a manager the... lady named Crystal always says it?s not one in and she?ll have the manager to call you. The other lady that works there got allmy information and told me that I?ll be finished by 2pm and I?m still here way after 2pm and their saying a couple more hours.Mind you I got here at 10am and all they have been doing is complaining and saying nobody wants to work. Crystal also got intoan argument with another employee while I was standing in front of them and she was cussing and all I?m front of customers. A lot of empty parking at any time, even on weekends. Friendly stuff everywhere from service to shower(I am a computer))). I had... a lot of time and decided to take the oil chench and grease trailer))) result: instead of the promised 8 hours of waiting - 11hours; and work together with the replacement of 2 clearance lites - 6 hours ... a total of 17 hours. But the most interestingis the money $660. Good price for diesel! Read more
