Window attendant was extremely rude when trying to place an order. She had a nasty attitude for no apparent reason and was... snappy and disrespectful. Great customer experience on this day. Server was very helpful. Fast. Food was hot and freshly prepared. They were short on... condiments due to shipping backlogs. This trip made up for so-so experiences I've had in The past. Read more
Understaffed and under trained. I saw multiple slowdowns that could be improved. Cashier was not trained on prep and thus stood... around. Instead of using the cashier to take food outside, the prepers did it themselves causing a slow down. Someone took abreak right at rush hour causing a work shortage. Food was typical KFC. Read more
Gross! It was not chicken. The biscuit tasted like old theater popcorn. I took a bite and spit it out. I ended up throwing away... the entire family meal because of how disgusting it was. I should know better but I thought KFC would be good again like it was20+ years ago. Chick filet is across the street. I recommend just waiting in line there rather than throwing your money away. On 5/9/22 around 5:30 pm I had to go back to the Ashland Kfc for my elderly parents because they didn?t give them all their food... they payed for and the potatoes were flakes and undercooked. As I waited for them to fix the order they were laughing as if theywere doing something conniving to the food for me bringing the complaint to them that they did wrong. Then after my elderlyparents ate the food they got very sick. I don?t know if they put something in the food but if advice corporate to check thecameras. And I warn others not to eat there ever! Love the Kentucky Fried Chicken/ Long John Silver's combo restaurant. Something for everyone. Always like filling my own drink... at the Filling Station. Coupon book sales to support the military was a nice touch. My fish fillets were made to order and werecrazy fresh. Chose cole slaw as my side and was not disappointed. Best KFC side! This establishment is at the TOP of their game. Food was served fresh and timely. All of the staff was super friendly, at all... times I felt like my business was appreciated and I was welcomed. Establishment, including bathroom ???? was very clean andwell decorated. I tried calling your restaurant but no response so I decided to post here since you need to know. My husband and I decided to... get KFC last night and normally it is delicious (we go to this restaurant at least 4 times a month), but not last night! We arenow suffering from food poisoning due to the very old mashed potatoes that we were given. I had the bowl and didn?t notice therewas something wrong with the mashed until the gravy was finished. Same with my husband. Today, we are both not doing well (Ihave worked in restaurants for 25 years and yes, I do know what caused us to be violently ill). Please, please have youremployees throw away old food or at the very least just not serve it at all. Not sure I?ll be able to go to KFC for a while now.Very disappointed and very ill. Read more
