I've been to this location over 100 times. Out of all of those trips I've only been disappointed twice. 98% happy is great.... Parking is tight but if you pay attention, it's not too bad. Pizza is always fresh. They've had a few less than desirableemployees but they don't last too long. Read more
I went to Little Caesars to order three large pizzas. As I went through the drive through I ordered two large, thick pizzas and... one large, thin pizza. The lady who was taking my order was asking several questions about what I ordered to the point where itseemed like they were scientific matter. After about 16 minutes I received my order and I beheld the surprise. The same ladygave me two cheese breads and one extra thin pizza (it was as thin as cardboard). When I talked to her about my order shestarted pointing to the posters and told me what I ordered (which might I add, wasn?t worth the time since I already knew what Iordered). Without apologizing she told me if I wanted my order to be redone. I was in a hurry and couldn?t afford wasting moretime so I told her that there was no need. I went back to my car and when I spoke to my family about it they told me to get alarge, thick pizza. I then went and ordered it and the same lady gave me my order. I checked the pizza and it was thick (whichwas good). I told her that I was going to write a review about what happened (because she wasted my time) and she said that shedidn?t care and that she told her supervisor about it. Something I?d like to address is that usually when you tell someone thatyou?re going to write a review on them they should start apologizing but this lady didn?t and started talking to me in a rudemanner. We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 cheese and a custom pizza with different meats. The pizza with meat cost us $22 while the 2 cheese cost... us $11. We drove home and they had given us 3 cheese pizzas?? We drove 30 miles round trip and as high as gas is they where veryinconsiderate and all they had to say was ?sorry?. We also tried to call to tell them ahead of time we?d be coming back to getthe right pizza made and the first time we called they hung up on us. Then they just didn?t answer after that. CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE. Well for starters, I called them and waited for 5 minutes for someone to answer the phone to which I... had to order online instead. When we get there it seemed to be closed, which didn't make any sense since it says they're openuntil 11pm. We went around the building and all 3 employees were outside smoking pot, which made the entire parking lot smell.As soon as they saw us they ran back inside and took the pot inside with them, I cannot believe these people still have theirjobs. Zero logic and competency at this location. Went through the drive-thru to get a pizza and was told that they were only... accepting pickup orders due to lack of ingredients. So I could sit in the parking lot and place an order online but not place anorder in-person. This is not the 1st time I have had issues at this location. On multiple occasions when they're supposed tohave hot and ready pizzas it was more than a 20 minute wait. Hopefully this is not a representation of other franchiselocations. Read more
It seems service and the quality of the food is starting to lack. Went for chessy bread at 5 and there was a wait, didn't want... to wait so no cheese bread. Next night went at 820 and asked if any cheese bread was ready and was told it's only by orderafter 8, well it wasn't ready before 8 so that's not true. Saturday night hubby decides to get family pizza... delivered by doordash... pizza was burnt (pepperoni)on top, stuffed crust looked like I needed to soak it in water before eating it. As much as Ilove ALL pizza this had to be the worst. Didn't finish my stuff crust and majority of my cheese and pepperoni came off in asingle piece when I tried to tear a piece of my pizza off so now I'm looking at crust and minimal sauce like what in this worldis going on. Don't know what is happening over there but I'm gonna need yall to get it together. For the price of food that Ididn't enjoy eating we might as well pay the extra and go to domino's... oh how I miss pizza hut. This is my opinion andexperience, your's may be different so I'm not saying don't eat there just this is just one in many visits and the serviceseems to not be as good as months or years ago. **Update Review** Do NOT order a deep dish pizza from here! We have been ordering deep dish pizzas for over a year but starting... a couple months ago, things changed for the worse. I?m not sure if the cooking process changed or someone new was hired. ButEVERY and I mean every time we ordered a deep dish pizza, it was Always UNDERCOOKED! We gave them several chances and bought atleast half a dozen deep dish pizzas before finally stopping. I will give them 1 positive. They always tried to make it rightby either giving us an additional pizza for free or running our original pizza through the oven again. One time, the employeetold us to request the pizza be ?well done? on our mobile order. I should not have to do that in order to get a pizza that isActually cooked. Ordering a deep dish pizza through the app meant that when I arrived, I would be waiting an additional 30minutes or more for them to ?finish? cooking our pizza that was already ?cooked.? ??????????????? Fast and quick service likeall Little Caesars! Their new service with mobile ordering is the ticket! I saved a couple dollars using the app and it wasready for pick-up when I got there! Read more
