Waited 20 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers and fries and even then had to ask about my order. When I was standing at the... counter a worker walked past me twice without acknowledging me. Another worker said to see what I wanted and she said "theyprobably want to order". At that point I only asked for my cup to be able to get my drink while I wait. When we asked about ourorder that was taking 20 minutes with nobody else in the dining room, we were just told that orders sometimes get lost. Nothingelse. Nobody cares about the absurd wait. 40 minutes for a mobile order from when I got to the restaurant. Went inside after 20, took about 10 minutes for anyone to even... come to the front counter to acknowledge me and another 10 before I finally got my food. Single combo order for one person, nospecial order or large quantity. Read more
The worker sounded like Ronald McDonald himself had a 9mm pointer at her scalp. Her fingernails were long enough to reach the... outer lobe through the nasal cavity. Somehow their 3 brain cells got the food, not the sauce, but good enough for a 1.6 starrestaurant. Read more
This store wasn't bad at all. They were incredibly busy at 9:30~10pm when we were there. Store was slammed, drive thru was... slammed as well. But the staff was great. Had to take my order twice and deliver it to me in the parking lot, but the food washot, tasted good, and they were doing the best they could to keep up in there. Read more
Staff was lovely, order was hot and accurate, and the sandwiches weren't carelessly slapped together like usual... Way better... than I remember McDonald's to be. Restroom was clean too. Manager clearly doing something right ????????Bookmarked this locationfor future stops. Read more

Sitting literally right next to Interstate 95 at the Ashland exit, this is the stop to make. For years this McDonald's has... offered excellent food that is freshly prepared in a consistently clean environment, from floors to tables to even therestrooms. We were delighted to be served by Cortez, picture below, who not only cheerfully and patiently assisted with ourorder, but also brought our meals to us in the dining room, so we didn't have to stand at the counter and wait for our food tobe prepared.Oh, oh, oh, if you love hot sauce the hot sauce is amazing here!! The service was slow while I'm sure they were understaffed like most places are the manager shouldn't allow employees to be... standing around and being disrespectful. However my biggest complaint is the lack of privacy in the men's bathroom. The urinalshave no privacy dividers between them and as soon as you open the door you are pretty much exposed to whomever happens to comein. Read more
