Drive all the way here and they have the lobby closed over an hour early.. bad employees obviously
CHECK YOUR CHANGE THEY TRIED TO SHORT US $18!!! We went through the drive through and they never gave us our change then they... said they had to count the drawer they they told us we got our change back because the drawer was short money so that means thedrawer was over $18 short. Don?t eat here, the food especially the onion rings were cold and undercooked. I put a complaint in with BK HQ and supposedly... the owner was to contact me to rectify the problem but obviously he or she is the problem, just doesn?t care about the customer.A lot of other choices out there when it comes to fast food. Place was filthy. Food was fine. I don't understand how employees can look at full garbage cans, stuff laying all over the... floor, and sticky food trays. Get a broom out and some hot soapy water and clean up. 3 employees doing nothing. Read more
