Five stars ?? ??? for back patio, clean, lovely, well taken care of. Patio overlooking lake walk & gorgeous view of Lake... Superior is amazing. 2-3 stars on experience and food. Went inside & waited several minutes in line then a kitchen staff yelled"stop taking food orders". Thankfully upon explaining we were the last in line & no one was behind us, we were allowed to order.It took a while, but we expected it an had time to wait, no prob. Our order was screwed up, sadly. My meal & ice cream we'reboth missing. I know the kitchen was busy & the front two young male staff were superior and friendly, constantly at work. Thoseby drive thru area were standing & complaining to one another, despite customers within earshot. Sad. A male manager didapologize to us for the wait. He & front two staff were very professional. Here's to hoping you all enjoy Culvers in Ashlandwhen it is less busy and the staff are in a better humor. Thankful for a few gluten free options, but my mushroom swisshamburger had 1T of mushroom. Really great food and loved sitting at a table outside with my dogs eating our lunch! Nice to be able to stop here with our... girls on our trips to and frominnesota! Just wish Culver's was also in Ashland, Ohio!! Read more
We ordered our food inside and were going to sit in our tracker to eat over looking the lake when the young man who took our... order mentioned about a patio and he'd bring our food to us! We watched the sunset on lake Superior eating Culver's! Great food,wonderful service, and the view of a lifetime! Read more
Culver's is a good place to grab something to eat. The burgers are good and the fries are good. The price is reasonable. Plus... right now it's a place that is open pasted 2:00pm. Most restaurants in my area are closing early. So you go to places that areopen and good. Read more
It was definitely busy and a little hectic when we stopped in for a quick bite on the long drive to Illinois. An item was... missing in our order but was replaced very quickly, I'd overheard a couple others remarking things had been forgotten in theirsas well but theirs were taking considerably longer to fulfill. I'll consider myself lucky! I can NOT and will NOT disparage anyof the employees there doing their best to manage with the realities of the day-to-day rollercoaster of fast food retail. Ourfood was absolutely delicious and freshly made with attention to the specific details we'd requested so I'm quite pleased. Read more

Culver's was very busy when I went there with people standing in line near the front counter for 10-15 minutes after placing... their orders. I had originally gone there to pick up a pint of ice cream, but it was over $5.00, so I didn't. Ordered acheeseburger and medium fries. One thin tomato slice was 30 cents extra, the burger was very small and well done, and the friesseemed like a small size, so I asked for more, which were given.
