Was in town over night and was looking for a place to eat. A friend had mentioned it and after looking at the reviews (mostly... negative) decided to give it a try. Well, I most definitely feel they knocked it out of the park. Was awkwoledged and satquickly. Was given specials and recommendations off the bat. Our server had a wonderful personality and any question or needwas met promptly. My meal was exactly what I expected from what I ordered and special hot sauce was given to me, free of charge,upon request. Price to portion was accurate. Venue itself was fantastic. I've been in the restaurant business for 25 years. One bite of and smell of the lettuce told us it was full of chemical. The... waiter never returned to ask if everything was OK. I went to the manager on duty who said he would check. Several minutes laterand no one came to our table. We stood to leave and saw all the wait staff and manager sitting chatting at a table. The food here is super good, but also inconsistent. About two weeks ago I came here with my family, my mom and I got the three... amigos, and it was so good that yesterday I went back, and ordered it again. This time though the amazing juicy shredded porkhad turned to diced chicken, the pepper was stuffed with cheese instead of meat, and it didn't come with tortillas.
