I would love to do a better review for this place, but they don't seem to keep employees staffed enough to retain full... operation. It's a shame, really. Before someone comes back with everywhere is having staffing issues, I will point out thatHardees down the road seems to have a full staff for the most part at all times. I'm going out on a limb here, but suspect thedifference is management. Read more

Sat in drive thru for 12 min waiting to order. No one said anything so I sat patiently. Then another car pulled up to the other... lane and their order was take. Immediately. Several workers had to have seen me sitting there. End of the world? No. Will I evergo back? Prolly not Read more

Waited 10 minutes for our food and what we got was a very sorry excuse for a meal. Meantime, the staff was to busy making jokes... with each other and cutting up to actually serve customers. Read more

When I first walked in there was no greeting. Employees just looked at me and my fiancé like we didn't know what we were doing.... The girl didn't want to take our order she stood on the side so someone else would. We finally ordered. When our order was donethey sat it on the counter and didn't even tell us it was ready. We made sure it was our food and went on. We opened up our mealand they didn't even make it correctly. When I went up to the counter for the problem to be fixed and I told them what was wrongthey looked at me like I was stupid and looked at each other like none of them were going to fix the problem. When anotheremployee walked in they offered to fix it. Then the same girl that was standing there seeming annoyed affected to fix it like itwas a problem.. if you don't like your job that much then you probably shouldn't work there. Ordered online. In the parking lot. Customers were being served. We pull up to the order machine, just to be told their system... was down and it would be Thirty or forty minutes. I explained it was a mobile orde. They said, you can get a refund on the app.As I sat in my car trying to cancel my order? which was already out of my account?they began serving other customers! This Burger King USED to be one of the best around the area. It fell apart this evening, I ordered a large sweet tea and Junior... whopper. I was highly disappointed. They poured unsweet tea in the cup and added PLAIN SUGAR into the cup and didn?t stir it. Iliterally was eating sugar that was not dissolved. I asked for lettuce and cheese only on the Junior whopper and got cheese andketchup instead. Likely not going to be back at this location again. Read more

Dine in closed. Drive thru screen going on and off. Ordered my meal. Went to pay, neither the cashier or manager knew how to... take a egift card. So, $12 dollars for a small tea, small fry (cold and old), and a double burger that looked nothing like thepicture. If these places can't keep enough help to at least have good quality products. They need to close down. Also, theirmenu price is way outta reach. Read more

This place has very poor service and never has enough people working. The drive through sometimes closes in the middle of the... day with a sign ?opening again at 3.? Or they will tell you to ?come back later.? You cannot expect to order and get ?fast food?here. You will be in line 15-20 minutes. And when you actually get your food? You?ll be tempted to return it.
