Neither of my 2 pizzas had extra cheese that I ordered and both were burnt all the way around the edge.
I called an hour and a half after the delivery app said ?quality control check? to make sure I would not get a cold pizza. The... guy assured me that it would be remade if it sat too long. 30 minutes later my pizza arrives and it?s lukewarm and soggy (wasordered as crispy). Called to complain and he said ?we only have one delivery person? and made no effort to give me credit orcoupons. I have little options where to get food at work because I work nights. This is one of the few placed that will deliverat those hours. Thet frequently forget things like sauces , and the food they make is iffy (too much/little cheese on pizza,wrong crust type, burnt pizza, pizza that looked like they shook the box). Read more
I used to be a driver when delivery was free!!! These dufuses think they can change more to deliver PER ITEM AND, YES, AND... CHARGE $5 on top of that. Pizza delivery has sucked badly and over the years it has gotten progressively worse. DOMINOS is NOEXCEPTION!!!! Very disappointed!!! I know this is a chainwide thing. I'm not necessarily blaming the local establishment herefor this. The quality is very good here. But when you add it all up, it costs the customer $9 to deliver vs picking it up. Took way too long. The tracker said our order was ready after an unusual longer wait time and we pull up to get our order and... are told one pizza is still in the oven. Why say our order is ready when it is indeed not ready? We usually don?t have thisproblem but this was ridiculous. Read more
