Only complaint we have the chicken has gotten smaller half the size it used to be
The worst customer service experience. Multiple times we have went in and tried to order a bucket to be told they don?t have any... dark meat ?the truck did not come? until you go to leave and then they somehow found dark meat and you will just need to waitfor it to cook. Which 30 minutes later it comes out, cold. Missing sides so make sure you check before you leave. When you fillout their online survey and they call you the next day with an attitude that it was their truck and not an excuse. Just saveyour time and go to Popeyes. It?s better food anyway. Came down here and got a chicken breast and mashed potato and biscuit and when I got home to eat my chicken smells funny and I... tasted it and it didn?t taste right definitely will not be back I?ve had not great experiences here in the past I?ve got coldfood stuff been missing from my order it?s definitely not a very good place Read more
Staff was inviting and food was freshly made, that is a rarity now days and a refreshing surprise!
It's no longer the KFC we all remember.... Every time we ordered they din't have chicken made(isn't this their entire menu?!) so... it's a 20 minute wait to get food that's not quite fully cooked and part of the order missing. Forgivable mistakes if they atleast apologize. Instead it's a rude cashier accusing us of lying...really? Why? Service here has hit an all time low. SorryKFC. I gave it 3 chances, And 3 stars mainly for nostalgia. Read more
The food was good, but I don?t understand the lady in the drive-thru window. I had ordered on the app so when I get to the... window she tells me that next time I need to come into the dining room to pick-up online orders. Really??!! Then what's thepurpose of online ordering if you are still being asked to come inside to get the food? A drive-thru is for convenience andspeed. If online orders disqualify me from getting it in the drive-thru then that option should be removed from the app and iwill avoid your restaurant in the future. Don?t make your rules as you go. I was so disappointed! I got an 8 pc. Tenders with 2 large sides. First of all my receipt clearly shows what I ordered and My... Mac n cheese was replaced with slaw. 2. when did they change the size of the chicken tenders for their family meals? I kid younot my chicken was the same chicken tender on a chicken little! Ordered the 2 pc. Snack with x biscuit and 12 pc wings. I have to say the wings were excellent, they told me up front that it... would be 13 minutes on the wings. Well worth the wait. The staff was top notch, very helpful. I give this location a 5 starrating. It?s almost impossible to find good BREADED HOT WINGS in Ashland City. Read more
