Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes or longer. Food was cool and dry. Employees appeared to be as disgusted as we were. Best... part of the whole meal was the chocolate chip cookie, that should tell you something. I don't mean to sound unkind but not agood experience at all. Read more
Dining room still closed at 5pm even though pandemic is over. They used the excuse of not having employees yet don?t entice... employees with a living wage. I hate this behavior by fast food restaurants since the pandemic and will not support businesswho?s dining rooms remain closed. Went to the sub and pizza place up the road across from Ashland City Fitness, same price, goodfood and actually open. Read more
3 cars in front and teenager taking order at speaker said it would be 10 to 15 minutes til he could take my order because they... had to catch up...3 cars in front in line and 2 cars in parking lot... when got chicken nuggets..they were hard and Frenchfries were not hot or salted... and I love Mc Donald's fries but SO DISAPPOINTED! I remembered why I stopped going to AshlandCity location. Sorry for bad reviews but someone needs to improve it very badly. ???? Read more
Great place to open a restaurant. 20 til in line get to order and told we have taken last order for the night. Couple it with... fair night and makes you wonder why they try to stay in business. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Read more
Took 26 minutes to get through the drive thru only to have my order messed up. Asked for a Big Mac meal without the middle bun.... Got one with no buns at all and no utensils or napkins. Ordered a drink without ice. Surprise, ice. I just took it anyway. Hadto go back through drive thru. I have a broke foot and cannot walk much. That's why I went through the drive thru int he firstplace. It took another 31 minutes, and this time I asked for napkins, as they didn't give me any again. I have gone to theMcDonald's before, because I pass through Ashland City to go to Nashville. The three times before were unpleasant also, longwait times etc., but this time was the worst. Read more
Pulled up in drive-thru and was advised our order couldn't be taken for 10-15 minutes. Not in any hurry, we waited. Very polite... taking our order and food was hot and fresh. Unfortunate that staffing shortages are still an issue. Read more
