High Five to the crew at Pizza Hut on Frey Street in Ashland City, Tennessee on a job well done 11/23/2022.
I ordered a med pepperoni pizza, a medium chicken pizza, and pasta at 530pm. At 610, i received a text saying the pizza was out... for delivery. 30 minutes later, no pizza. An hour later, no pizza. I called pizza hut and when someone answered the phone,they hung up on me when i asked where my pizza was. 90 minutes later, the pizza showed up.. COLD. The pasta was on top andcrushed the pizza box below it. The pizza barely stayed in the box. The driver apologized and said she was the only driver. Pizza hut not the same anymore toppings are fewer than usual but cost more of course. 2 large pizzas. $43.
I know places are having a hard time with help but I quit using pizza hut couple years ago. Thought I'd try them again but I had... to throw pizza in oven to finish cooking. Items forgotten and I didn't notice till after Driver left. Onions was a topping onone pizza and it was horribly overloaded. I mean handfuls had to of been put on that pizza.
