High Five to the crew at Pizza Hut on Frey Street in Ashland City, Tennessee on a job well done 11/23/2022.
I ordered a med pepperoni pizza, a medium chicken pizza, and pasta at 530pm. At 610, i received a text saying the pizza was out... for delivery. 30 minutes later, no pizza. An hour later, no pizza. I called pizza hut and when someone answered the phone,they hung up on me when i asked where my pizza was. 90 minutes later, the pizza showed up.. COLD. The pasta was on top andcrushed the pizza box below it. The pizza barely stayed in the box. The driver apologized and said she was the only driver. Pizza hut not the same anymore toppings are fewer than usual but cost more of course. 2 large pizzas. $43.
I know places are having a hard time with help but I quit using pizza hut couple years ago. Thought I'd try them again but I had... to throw pizza in oven to finish cooking. Items forgotten and I didn't notice till after Driver left. Onions was a topping onone pizza and it was horribly overloaded. I mean handfuls had to of been put on that pizza. I ordered online delivery time was an hour and half so i called to cancel . 20 minister the order... arrived but was wrong garlic Parmesan was delivered and instead of spicy garlic. Tried the fabulous Edge pizza and loved it! Equally great was the easy ordering on the app then the fast and friendly delivery!
Pizza crust was old, stiff. Very not Pizza Hut quality. Hardly any cheese on pizzas at all. We were very very unhappy with our... pizzas. One employee was laying down on the front bench. Completely laying full out on it playing something on his phone.Another employee was sitting on the desk playing on her phone. 5 years going to this location and never an issue but today was a totally new crew and today was awful. They even unplugged the... phone while I was there, probably with people calling to complain.
