I ordered the 2 can dine for $9.99 on their website. Go to pick up my food am told we won't honor that at our location. Argued... with me that corporate doesn't get to tell them how to sell their food. I had to call corporate before they would give me myfood. Am done with this place. I have never been attacked so much over an order like this. If they don't want to honor theironline pricing then take the name of the door. Read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews. I prefer to leave positive reviews and encourage folks to go to places with good products and... great service. But after having multiple downright irritating visits with unconcerned employees, I can see why this Popeye'sreviews are so bad. I pulled up 15 minutes before the store was to close. An inconsiderate young man, standing at the openedback door while I was sitting at the menu speaker finally yelled, "we're closed" at me. All the lights were on and per theirposted hours, they should have been open until 10. I went around to the window, no one was there. I went around again to thedoor and asked the guy for the manager's name, because they should have still been open. Before I could finish getting the wordsout, I was very rudely interrupted by another employee. When I attempted to tell him that I didn't appreciate being interrupted,the manager came to the door and yelled at me for "abusing" her employees and that she wasn't going to allow me to talk to them"that way". This isn't the first time that I've had issues with this store. But it'll be the last time. They've gotten a gooddeal of business from us, but no longer. If I could give them no stars for poor customer service, lackluster and incorrect food,a manager that has as little common sense as her obviously underpaid/undertrained employees, and who can't read a clock, ordoesn't know her own store hours, I would give a big, fat goose egg. ????????? Crew was standing around on cell phones. Wait time was about 15-20 minutes. Fries were cold and soggy. I asked for hot fresh... fries and was told to pull up. Less than a minute later the kid brought me a large fry that was colder than the original. Read more

Nice clean restaurant with respectful employees. Only issue was employees coming in talking to other employees before their... shift while they were dealing with customers. As far as the food though, the chicken was spot on. Chicken was cooked toperfection with a nice crisp. The mashed potatoes were thick and creamy and gravy was hot. The Cajun Rice was a sight for soreeyes, as I've missed that so much. It was perfect!!!! The apple pies were delicious!! Unfortunately they were out of cherrythough. ???? Read more

First the order was incorrect and had to get it fixed, then they forgot the drink. When i got the drink they gave me a size too... small. We got home and began eating, the breading was completely different on my chicken and tasted bad. But the worst part ofall? My partner?s chicken had a spider cooked into the breading. This place is a joke!!! I come here and always have to wait multiple minutes for my food, because they never have anything... cooked or ready. They have messed up on my orders countless times. The customer service stinks!!! I really don't see how they doany business. This is the straw that broke the camels back. I don't know who's running this place or better yet who's notrunning it. I have been to this Popeyes several times through the year of 2021 & 2022. They have had some good management and bad management... like all business units. I have a background in food management and MBA in business.This place needs genuine help from amanagement perspective.firstly the employees do not have proper communication amongst each other. Second the hours posted arenot correct to most standards. The slated closing time is at 10pm however was told today that they stop cooking completely at8:30 then sell the remaining product that is left over. They do this to clean the kitchen to leave by 10pm. With this practicethey really need to close at 8:30 for a better customer experience. Lastly I?d like to see some traction over the next few weekson these issues from corporate. I had to go inside and re-verify my order due to confusion between the staff, after they gavethe food to the wrong car. The food was excellent when given the time, I had no issue with the quality of food it was mainly thelack of customer service. Thanks for your business. Read more
