So we stopped by last night said it stall five for like 15 minutes no one ever answered move the stall 20 still took about 10... minutes to get answered finally got answered I had two separate orders first order we had ice cream jumbo popcorn chicken tatertots and the second order was just a shake they bring out the first order get it and pay for it bring up the second order get itpay for it okay we're good we're ready to get home start going home I can't even eat the chicken it's hard as a brick the tatertots are cold but I had a handful of ketchup that I didn't ask for so I would love to get some hot popcorn chicken and tatertots if I come back and visit you so I hope you respond to this review thank you Read more

Ordered using app. Received wrong order. Pushed button on sign to call back in and the light blinked but no one ever answered.... Yelled for a car hop, she replaced my order. It was NASTY! I ended up throwing it away. Called back to tell a manager but no onewill answer the phone. Credit card charge will be disputed and I will not return again for lack of customer service. Read more
Waited over 45 minutes to get 2 RT 44 sweet teas just for them to come out and the tea be absolutely nasty and old. Waited... another 20 minutes for them to answer the red button and not say anything another 5 after pushing it again just for them to tellus they'd bring out 2 more fresh ones. I stopped in for a quick meal before an early afternoon, Thursday meeting downtown. My bacon cheeseburger and tots arrived in... about five minutes with peak guest traffic. The bun was fresh, the tots crisp, but the meal could have been much hotter. It alltasted good with fresh lettuce, tomato, and just the right amount of condiments (an under-rated skill in my opinion). I Really don't like to write a bad review, but we waited 30 minutes, without any service. We asked someone if our spot was... broken and if there was a timeline, about 10 minutes before leaving. I hope they were just going through a staff transition orbad day with everyone calling out. Read more
