Everything was great, other than my onion rings could've been cooked a little longer. Very clean inside too
Went in to order to go order, they rang it up as dine in, then gave me attitude when I asked for it to go. Burgers were half... cooked and chicken tasted funny. Customer service is extremely poor! I will not eat there again. One star is one too many forthis place. Read more
Ordered the 6 dollar bacon cheeseburger and chicken fries combo. The burger was dry and hard and so were the chicken fries. The... food was warm but tasted old. And both honey mustard packets I got were like congealed. Like gelatinous instead of being a saucelike normal. I really hope they're not using old frozen food from before their fire in May. Read more
They?re not open when they?re supposed to be. I placed an online order at about 11:30 which the website allowed me to and said... they were open until midnight. I showed up at 11:40, 20 minutes before ?close? and there was nobody in the building. Completelyabandoned. They charge your card immediately when you order so I will have to call my bank to get that taken off tomorrow Iguess. Ended up going down the street to Steak n Shake which is always actually open until midnight like the hours say. Read more
Food is always cold, and the order is never right. Ladies at the window who deliver the food are normally rude, especially if... asked to get the order correct! Burger King has definitely gone down hill sadly. Used to be a nice establishment, long ago. WellI tried Burger King once again, dined in this time. My thoughts were... "Where's the Beef?" As seen in my photo I took apicture of the Bacon cheeseburger I had ordered. It was dried out and almost burnt, and actually smaller than the bun. I torethe bun off because it was hard. The food was cold, only the fries were hot considering I had to ask for no salt to make sure Iactually received hot fries. Burger King really needs better cooks, and faster service. I believe we can all agree we appreciateeating hot meals and fresh food. Read more
Do you always make it a habit of letting your workers be on their phone the whole time they're working so customers end up... having food Like this and missing food? I got a burger the bun was so burnt it was hard as a rock the meat was so dry itcrumbled and the top bun flat and two different colors the other burger was cold, the onion rings were cold and obviously old aswell and they didn't put my whopper in there. And yes sitting at the window I was watching the workers be on their phones thewhole time. I will review them on every platform available. This is by far the worst trip to a fast food place I've ever had. Read more
They are extremely slow. Dining room unavailable with no signs up. They said due to lack of workers but they refuse to pay a... reasonable wage. This burger king sucks. Read more
