Food was pretty good need a bit more fajita seasoning on the fajitas. But I get the fajita (don't remember exact name) that... comes in a lava rock bowl (so cool). Bartender told me she makes the best Daiquiri as I have learned to ask before buyingbecause so many people don't make them good. It was no different very blan not really and strawberry to it. The wife and I eat here offen we feel that this is the Best Mexican restaurant around. Never had a bad meal, the prices are... fair, the restaurant is always clean, the waitress's and waiters are always awesome and pleased to serve you and the drinks arethe best . Horrible experience, will no go back ever again. They put more vegetables than meat and food it's overpriced, management is... super rude. I guess that's why it's always empty and for what I saw and heard from one of the employees the young girl managerdon't treat her employees or customers well talk from experienced. You want good food, save your self money and go to a good onelike the new one in Conneaut by the Save-a-Lot that one was amazin and huge plates and great service, worth the drive down toConneaut. I'll start by saying the positive first the waitresses are very nice and provide great service the food is alright I've had... better but thats beyond the point for this review. Today I had to witness something that happened to the people across ourtable. A simple situation and the young girl "Manager" that for what I heard claims to be the "owner " I have to say was veryunprofessional, and her sassy disrespectful approach toward that other customer. Wow, just wow! This young lady has a lot tolearn to become savvy in this type of business. She has no idea what she is doing and how to deal with situations that are verycommon in the restaurants bussines. I saw how a client politely explained and allergy situation to the waitress. The waitresswent for advice I guess to the "manager" the custumer I guessed requested to speack to management and this girl approached wasjust not fit for her job. In any restaurant if there is a food allergy you simple prepare another plate and done that's the endof it. You don't try to charge the food twice to the costumer is not a crime nor a huge issue like she tried to make it seem!Simple problem to solve and continue with your "owners" life and keep a costumer happy. So sad that this type of people feel theneed to treat the customer that pays their bills like that and for me and my husband that's all we had to witness to say, youlost us and our family as custumers also. We are bussines owners too and you young lady have a lot to learn from this business.That's how businesses go bankrupt and close their doors for bad management. Sad, sad! Shame on you! Read more
