I've tried on 5 different occasions to get a hot and ready pizza, and each time they haven't had any. I'm not waiting in my car... for 20 minutes to get a hot and ready pizza. They also don't answer their phone. I will never go back. Read more

It?s always a mixed bag when you go there. Use the pizza portal to avoid the sketchy clientele
So, a few of the employees are helpful. The rest very much seem to be going out of their way to pretend they don't see you, as... you enter. I'm friendly, too; so it's not like I deserve thar. Customer service could be better at this location. Read more
Honestly very disappointed I managed the little Caesars that was in Kmart and we never had issues with the pizza coming out... straight raw and dough not cooked. But when I had called to explain that my pizza had been undercooked and the dough was stillraw I got told "well it cooks for 12mins so I don't see how it's raw and honestly we don't believe you so if you can bring it upwe shall fix it" so I did just that and I explained to them when cooking a Supreme deep dish it needs to go through the 12 minand possibly the regular pizza timer or the crazy bread side. To which when I had got another pizza it was still raw. I will notbe ordering another deep dish pizza and honestly very disappointed with my experience and how it was handled. Read more
I should not be surprised. Not only is the pizza I ordered the most disgusting-looking greasy nastiness, I requested light sauce... yet there is so much sauce on this pizza that the cheese is sliding around and the smell of sauce singes my nasal passages. And,yes, the pictures show the pizza exactly as it was when it arrived here. Read more
Lobby area didn't seem very clean nor was it stocked very well with available products for purchase (sauces, napkins, soda... cooler) when we visited. The staff were polite enough and attentive. Read more
