Took 5 kids for slushies. Ordered, waited in a long line. Pay. Pull up to the window and they say they don't have any. Politely... ask for my money back, couple minutes go by, she comes back with the slushies. I pull up to hand them out, one straw short forthe drinks we DID get (6/7), all half melted. Go in to get the other, totally ignored for like 3 minutes. It was a mcdisaster.I'm not even asking much. A few drinks shouldn't be such a hassle. 18 bucks dude. Wasted on lazy behavior. Read more
Ordered a mcdouble no pickle(and several other items) from Edgewood McDonald's, got home to N.Kingsville to find a single... hamburger with a bun NOTHING ELSE. I'm always very calm and understanding until they get mad at me for just wanting what I ordered. I will wait for you to make it... right I won't get mean.... I told my order to clerk that a wanted a fish sandwich. Drive thru. Once on highway opened it was a Double Quarter Pounder... with no onions. I was so ticked. Guess saying is correct: Don't go thru the drive thru you get screwed. Read more
They smothered a child's burger in ketchup, they did it to all the burgers we ordered. The quarter pounders we ordered were... cold! Would not recommend this McDonald's at all. Read more

Today they got my order wrong, but after I already dealing with the rude manager when I tried to order I'm not even going to... bother going back. It is what it is however I will make mention that as the manager was rude also wasn't doing her job properlybecause the food prep area was really dirty and they only started cleaning it after something was said and then I thought abouttaking the picture so I don't think I'll be going back to this one for a while I think I will go to the one in the harbor theyseem to be better normally.
