Good food but 2 sandwitchs and a waffer fri med drink 39.00 bucks outragous
1st time having Sicilian, I like other sandwiches more. Still a favorite Stop for me.
The food was tasty and hot. Reasonable prices. Nice staff and clean dining space. Only thing I noticed when I received my sub... was that it didn't come with any veggies. I never noticed that when ordering. I guess I assumed a chicken bacon ranch style subwould have lettuce and tomatoes on it. Read more
If your going to advertise curbside you should fulfill this commitment. Not order and pay online to get there and be rudely told... on phone (after calling number on sign clearly stating curbside pick-up) there is none and you can come in and get your orderthen be hung up on. When I did go in I obviously bothered the employee to have called as she slung my food at me and made asnide remark. We come here whenever up at our boat and have previously been impressed. That will not happen again nor will werefer anyone up here at the docks to you. Such a shame, that woman would NEVER work for me nor would I ever allow one of ourcustomers to be treated that way. Made a phone order for pickup for a Roman burger combo, was told 15 minutes. Showed up 20 minutes later and the cashier... apologized for not even starting my order as they were slammed. I understood and patiently waited as I had to get to work (hencethe call ahead order) this is what I received and now I am at work with no lunch Read more
We used to get Mr Hero at least once a month. But thanks to Covid, we hadn't been there in a long time. Needless to say, we were... NOT impressed this time at all!! Only 2 employees, the sandwiches we ordered seemed to be "almost" like the meat had gone bad.And it was super expensive compared to what we got!! We both said "we should have gone to (name of place withheld out ofrespect) and paid less for better food!! We will not be going back. Read more
The staff is always friendly and quick - Service with a smile. Food is always freshly made and tasty! Of course, it's a little... pricey as all Mr. Hero's are but I can't complain... Too much! I still visit a couple times per month for lunch! Read more
Great service, clean restaurant. Food was hot, fresh and delicious.
